MIECHV in an Era of Expansion—Reaching More Communities

On behalf of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), we look forward to your participation at the 2025 Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program All-Grantee Meeting from November 17 – 20, 2025. We are excited to welcome you in person while also offering select virtual opportunities to expand access and engagement to a wider MIECHV audience.

The theme of the 2025 All-Grantee Meeting is “MIECHV in an Era of Expansion—Reaching More Communities.” This meeting will provide a space for the MIECHV community to share information and best practices to support service expansion, grow and strengthen the home visiting workforce, advance high quality implementation of evidence-based home visiting, and highlight home visiting’s impact on preventing childhood chronic disease and promoting health across the lifespan.

When Congress reauthorized the MIECHV Program, it doubled total funding by FY 2027, with increases for every state and jurisdiction. These additional funds represent an unprecedented opportunity to ensure more families who need it have access to services that will help them thrive.

We hope your participation in this meeting will be rewarding and offer an opportunity to exchange valuable knowledge, network and learn from peers, highlight our collective impact over the years, and fuel your passion to continue this great work into the future. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to providing high quality home visiting services to children and families in communities across the United States. We look forward to welcoming you to Washington, DC in November.

Sincerely,

Laura Kavanagh, MPP
Acting Associate Administrator, Maternal and Child Health Bureau

Amanda Innes, MSS, MLSP
Acting Director, Division of Home Visiting and Early Childhood Systems
