Abstract Submissions Open on June 2, 2025, and Are Due on July 14, 2025.

Abstracts should align with the meeting theme, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) in an Era of Expansion—Reaching More Communities and address one or more of the these topics:

  • Infant and child health
  • Maternal health
  • Workforce development
  • Behavioral health
  • Early childhood systems
  • Results and methods for continuous improvement and learning
  • Improving family and community outcomes for all
  • Family engagement and leadership
  • Fiscal and grant management
  • Rural and/or tribal contexts
  • Back to basics (MIECHV 101 or Introduction to MIECHV)

We encourage the involvement of home visitors, families receiving services, or family leaders in writing the abstract, as this helps ensure they are prepared and are able to be co-presenters for the session, if their abstract is selected.

Abstracts should be of interest to one or more of these audiences:

  • MIECHV awardee teams
  • ECS awardee teams
  • Model developer teams
  • Evaluators
  • Fiscal and grants management
  • Newcomers to MIECHV

Key Dates: The abstract submission deadline is Monday, July 14, 2025. Notices of acceptance and rejection will be sent to submitters by Wednesday, August 20, 2025. For assistance accessing or using the online system, please email agenda@miechvmeeting.org.
