Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are a collection of shared questions and requests submitted to the 2025 MIECHV All-Grantee Meeting (AGM) planning team. We will continue to update this section often as the meeting approaches.

Registration

When does registration close for the 2025 AGM?

Registration will be open through Day 1 of the AGM (Monday, November 17, 2025) or until all spots are filled.

Is there a cost to attend the AGM?

There is no cost to attend the AGM for MIECHV awardees and local home visiting program staff, early childhood systems staff, federal partners, evidence-based home visiting model developers, and national technical assistance providers.

What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email after registering?

Sometimes the registration confirmation email goes to your Spam or Junk email folder. Please check there. If you still can’t find your registration confirmation, please contact info@miechvmeeting.org.

Can larger awardee teams have more than five staff members attend the AGM in person?

Yes. Please reach out to your HRSA Project Officer to discuss the appropriate size for your team and provide your cutoff date for requesting travel approvals and making travel arrangements.

Who should attend the AGM virtually?

We encourage home visitors, local home visiting program staff, and families participating in home visiting programs to join the AGM virtually. Select sessions will be available for virtual viewing.

Will food or drinks be provided?

Although there is no cost to attend the AGM, attendees should be prepared to purchase food, coffee, water, and other refreshments as they need. The event will not provide food or beverages for attendees.

Abstract Submissions

I have an idea for a breakout session. Can I submit a session proposal?

The abstract submission period opened on Monday, June 2, 2025, and will close on Monday, July 14, 2025. Notices of acceptance and rejection will be sent to submitters by Wednesday, August 20, 2025. For more information, see Call for Abstracts.

General

How do I book a hotel room for the conference?

After completing the registration form, information on how to book a hotel will be shared in your confirmation email.

When is the deadline for booking my hotel room?

The deadline is October 27, 2025.
